Making a call
Tap Call at the top of the screen.
Pick one person, or pick both to have them talk together.
Speak as you would on the telephone. They listen, then answer.
Say goodbye when you are ready, or tap the end button.
Recordings
Every call can be kept as a film. Open the Recordings tab to watch it, download it, share it with family, or delete it for good. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.
My Life Videos
A Life Video is a longer recording of your own stories, kept for your family. You choose exactly who can see each one. Consent forms are signed in the same place.
What it costs
Avatar calls are charged per 1,000 words spoken by the avatar, not per minute, and taken from your balance. The History tab shows every call and its cost. The Billing tab shows your balance.
Your privacy
Your recordings, transcripts and Life Videos belong to you. They are never shown to other families. Voices are only created from recordings made with written consent.
